Update from Meeting 16th July

We are continuing to search for an alternate venue as the library may be starting to charge for meeting space.
As we currently do not charge a membership, we have decide as an interim measure to request a gold coin donation at each meeting to help cover general costs and BYO drinks/snacks
to share.
We are compiling a summary of various ways and examples of how we can organise ourselves ie/ incorporated group, for further discussion at next meeting.
Gathering ideas for social gatherings outside of meetings, next one for the calendar -
Petrie Markets and Veg gardens, Sunday Morning 17th August - car pool TBA. Other future possible venues : Redcliffe Neighbourhood Centre Gardens, Beelarong City Farm and Yandina markets/community Garden.
Continuing to liase with Permaculture Caboolture re their upcoming schedule and Organic markets - still not 100% finalised.
Arranged to look over a possible private site, which could be loaned to us for a community garden and to re-evaluate the Neighbourhood Centre for garden possibilities.
We aim to be at next BIEPA meeting to update them and discuss whether we can join their market stall at Brennan park.
